In less than half an hour by bus you can be in the picturesque city of Strasbourg with its museums, restaurants, theaters and shopping. If you are traveling during the Christmas season, the Christmas market in Strasbourg is definitely not to be missed. The famous wine route of the region runs along the edge of the village. In less than 30 minutes you can be in Molsheim and Oberehnheim with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, children's playgrounds, restaurants and music festivals in summer. 10 minutes away is the spa town of Soultz-les-Bains or Sulzbad with wellness and fitness facilities for body and soul. Come and taste the regional specialties, which include chocolate and foie gras as well as various types of wine. Recommended day trip destinations are, for example, the open-air museum Ecomusée d'Alsace, the Hohkönigsburg or Colmar with its district Krutenau located on the river Lauch, which is called Little Venice in French and is characterized by beautiful half-timbered houses, canals and bridges.
