This newly-built holiday house with a shared pool is on a private site with two holiday houses, quietly situated in a residential district with many single-family houses. It is nestled near the forest on the edge of the tourist resort of St. Constantin and St. Helena. You can benefit from relaxing days near the fine sandy beach by the Black Sea and can go on day trips to Bulgaria’s third-largest and historical city Varna.
The one-storey house built in 2016 provides 120m² of living space and is amidst a wonderful estate with greenery, a pool and an idyllic seating group with a view of the treetops of the nearby forest. The interior is exclusive and attractive, featuring an industrial design with natural and brick walls, select and handmade furniture and artistic accents. Enjoy the rare harmony of warm rays of sunshine, fresh sea air and cosy tranquility, exuding a Mediterranean flair. The interior comprises three double bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms are each furnished with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, a fully-glazed shower, a double washbasin and a WC. The centrepiece of the house is the colourfully tiled living room, where you can sit together on the suite after a day trip, consisting of a leather three-seater, a two-seater and an English Chesterfield-style armchair, on an elaborately joined carpet made of jeans labels. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The open kitchen enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a dishwasher, a stove with four cooking zones and an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and all the standard small electrical appliances and cooking utensils. There is free wireless Internet access.
Between the two independent houses, there is a shared outdoor area where you can enjoy time out. The green lawn, the crystal clear pool water and the barbecue invite you to relax in the sunshine, take a refreshing dip or enjoy meals outdoors.
