This nice villa with private pool is located in S'Aranjassa, near Palma de Mallorca and welcomes 6 to 7 guests.
The house features a private, 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.4m and 2.2m. Surrounded by a nice terrace with five sun loungers, it's a lovely place to sunbathe. The natural garden has lots of wonderful corners to relax, maybe while reading a good book underneath the pines. There's a porch with a wood-burning oven where you can prepare tasty pizzas and home-made bread. Another porch is perfect for a barbecue with friends. This amazing house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
Inside, you can have large family-dinners in the cosy sitting-dining room, which is fitted with satellite-TV. The decoration is a blend between rustic style and modern elements. The kitchen with induction hob is fully-equipped and a laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
There is one bedroom with double bed and two with two single beds each. All feature a bathroom en-suite. Besides, there's a toilet. The sofa-bed is located in one room between two bedrooms and due to this, it has no total privacy. This amazing home has A/C in the sitting area, the kitchen and the bedrooms and central heating, which makes it perfect for both seasons, summer and winter. If you travel with a baby, we can supply a cot and a high chair.
The quiet town of S'Aranjassa is located in the south of the island, close to Palma de Mallorca. In the centre you'll find everything you may need for a nice stay, like supermarkets and restaurants. A short drive takes you to the capital's island, where you can visit the famous La Seu Cathedral, the Bellver Castle, the picturesque old town and the colourful harbour. Furthermore, Palma is perfect for shopping tours and visits of different museums.
If the beach is what you're searching for, a 10 minutes' drive takes you to Playa de Palma. Apart of this and by car you could go Cala Blava, Can Pastilla, Sa Rapita, Es Trenc or the beaches of the mountains like Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs or Cala Banyalbufar.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
