This nice brick holiday home with a thatched roof is situated in Kongsmark, near the dam which leads to Rømø and near a plantation with woods and heath. The two-storeyed house is built in a farmhouse style and contains all the luxury which you could want for a pleasant holiday. The pool room contains a 28 m2 large swimming pool, a whirlpool for 4 persons and a sauna. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the large living room where you will find a woodburning stove, colour-TV with a satellite dish and a video. On warm summer days, the whole family can spend time on the large, sheltered terrace. There are two bathrooms and an extra toilet.

    “Punktabzug für Sauberkeit!
    Es wurde schnell + nicht gründlich gereinigt! (Kassenbon auf dem Boden im Schlafzimmer, Leergut in einem der oberen Zimmer....
    Ausstattung perfekt - wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen: der Toaster ist echt unansehnlich, ebenso die dreckige Grillbürste.
    Empfehlung: das Haus benötigt dringend eine ordentliche Grundreinigung - z.B. öffnet man ein Toilettenfenster im Bad EG ist der Dreck fast 0,5 cm dick.

    Insgesamt waren wir aber mit dem Haus (Bj. 90er Jahre) zufrieden.”
