The newly renovated villa (2016) is located on Paguera, only 5 minutes on foot from the sandy beach. The spacious house is quietly located, yet close to shops, amenities and the beach and accommodates up to 18 people. The 450 m² villa is fully air conditioned and heated. The bright and modern furnishings, as well as the high ceilings offer a comfortable atmosphere. The dining room has a large dining table for up to 18 people. There are four, fully loaded kitchens, furnished with a four burner ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker. The six comfortable bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (90 x 200 cm), which can be combined to a double. The four living rooms are furnished with six 150 x 200 cm sofa beds and televisions. There are six bathrooms with a shower, two with a corner tub and double sinks. There are four safes to keep your valuables protected and Wi-Fi free of charge.
A large salt water pool (75m²) with a kiddie pool, outdoor showers, relax areas and a barbecue await in the 1500 m² garden. There are a total of five patios, of which two have ocean views and are furnished with sun loungers, chairs and a table for up to 18 people. A pool and garden service is included in the rental fee. There is a ping pong table, a table foosball, a sauna for five people, a bicycle room which can store up to 20 bikes and which can be locked are also at your disposal. The sauna area has four showers and a changing room with a toilet. Three lockable parking spaces offer additional storage space for sporting equipment. For sportsmen, we offer highly qualifies massage and physical therapy sessions upon request. He can also come to the house.
