Spacious holiday apartment with a terrace

This holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a single-storey apartment building and is about 11km from Rosetto degli Abruzzo, inland on a mountain. From here you can see the Vomano Valley and Cellino Attanasio and Atri. The apartment is on a quiet road with little traffic, about 11km from the sea.

In front of the entrance there is a terrace with a Bavarian beer table and two benches. It is also possible to set up loungers and a parasol in the shared garden, to enjoy sunbathing. You can end the evening here with a barbecue together from the charcoal grill (you need to arrange your own charcoal). The site is fully fenced and so is suitable for your dog to run around. Six car parking spaces are available free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.

The 120m2 apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms a living and dining room, a kitchen and a leisure room. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide and a bunk bed 90cm wide. The second bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide and the third has a double bed 180cm wide and a single bed 90cm wide. There are two portable children’s/travel beds that can be set up in the bedrooms. The smaller bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. The large bathroom has a bath, toilet, bidet and two washbasins. The new and fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine. The living and dining room provides satellite TV, a large dining table for up to six people. An iron, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine are available for shared use in the building. There is heating throughout, wireless Internet access only partially, and a portable fan is available.

There is plenty to see in this region, such as the Military Museum in Civitella del Trono or the St. Gabriele Church in Isola de Gransasso. You can also go riding. There are many mountain bike trails in the area, perfect for a training camp. L’Aquila is just a stone’s throw away, where you can go swimming in the sea. You can also go mountain climbing and hiking, as the apartment is close to the sea and Corno Grande, where there is a beautiful nature reserve with bears and wolves. The Abruzzi region is ideal for active holiday-makers and is also known for its very good gastronomy, a gourmet paradise. About 40km away there is a wonderful mountain lake at Campotosto. In winter there is a very nice ski resort here around the Corno Grande. It is about 35km to Isola Gran Sasso to the famous St. Gabriel Church and 41km to Tivo di Prati to the lift station. You can even go on a day trip to Rome just 170km away. The most beautiful aspect of the surroundings is that they are not overrun with tourists and meals and drinks in restaurants are relatively well-priced. The nearest supermarket with a bakery and butcher is about 4km away.

In November you can watch the olive harvest or even lend a hand. It is possible to witness the oil being pressed. The owner also lives on site, so you have a direct contact person to assist with any queries.

    “Sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Lage Positiv: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Enrico und Ana. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind super geeignet für große Familien. Enrico und Ana haben uns mit Rat und Tat unterstützt und abends gab es des öfteren selbstgemachten Limoncello. Im Ort gibt es alles um sich zu versorgen einschließlich einiger sehr leckerer Restaurants. Das Meer und die Berge waren gut zu erreichen.”

    “Sehr schön angelegter Garten und viel Platz in der Wohnung. Schöne Lage auch für den Urlaub mit Hund sehr gut geeignet . Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch verschiedene Dinge gezeigt welche sehenswert oder hilfreich waren. Wir kommen wieder ... uns hat es sehr gut gefallen ....”

    “Wir haben mit 2 Ewchsenen und 6 Kindern, 10 wunderschöne Tage in Notaresco verbracht. Der Vermieter hat uns geholfen uns dort zurecht zu finden und uns sehr wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben.
    Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
    Steckdosenadapter sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
    Die Kinder konnten im eingezäunten Garten ausgiebig mit dem sehr kinderlieben Hund des Vermieters toben und "Oma und Opa" hatten immer Zeit wenn die Kleinen zu ihnen kamen.
    Erntefrischen Salat und Tomaten aus dem eigenen Anbau konnten wir auch genießen.
    Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist absolut top. Hier können sich auch kinderreiche Familien einen schönen Urlaub leisten.
    Von uns gibt es 5*. Es war wunder wunderschön und wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.”

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was eine Familie braucht, schön ruhig gelegen, freundlicher Vermieter, der bei allen belangen hilft und auch Tipps über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsziele und ähnlichem gibt. Desweiteren toll auch für kleinere Kinder, da komplett umzäunt. Man kann die Kids auch mal springen lassen :) Vermieter toll. Kommen gerne und bald wieder.”
