This beautiful semi-detached holiday home with pool is located in the small village of Ladenci, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist resort of Rabac, known for its beautiful pebble beaches and the crystal clear sea. It consists of three separate living units, which are connected by an external staircase. Two smaller units with one bedroom each are located on the ground floor while on the first floor is the larger unit with three bedrooms. Bedroom no. 2 has only a small window looking into the kitchen. We recommend visiting the town of Labin, where during the summer months numerous events take place. From Rabac you can take a boat trip.
