Villa with pool and air conditioning

The villa is furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Poljana. The villa is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a garage and on the property.

Outdoor pool (3 m x 4 m, depth 1,50 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October.

    “Das Haus hatte 3 Zimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und 2 Sofas im Wohnzimmer.
    Die Küche war klein aber hatte alles was wir brauchten.
    Der Pool war vollkommen Okay, jedoch deutlich kleiner als er (aufgrund des Fotowinkels) auf dem Bild dargestellt wird. Die Mauern vom Grundstück waren Brusthoch, weshalb dich jeder im Pool beobachten konnte.
    Die Kleiderschränke fielen schon beim ersten Öffnen fast auseinander, weshalb wir unsere Sachen gar nicht erst da rein gepackt haben. Der Toilettendeckel war locker, der Schlauch von der Duschbrause zur Hälfte ab und die Ecken im Badezimmer waren ebenso schimmelig. Die Betten waren sehr hart. Im Garten gibt es sowohl eine Liege als auch ein "Chillout Bett/Korb" auf denen die Polster sehr fleckig bzw schimmelig waren.

    Die Kirche direkt nebenan, die nirgendwo erwähnt wird, läutet morgens um 6. Am ersten Morgen saßen wir also aufrecht im Bett.

    Alles in allem war es trz ganz okay.

    Fußläufig zu erreichen war quasi alles. Direkt am Ende der kurzen Straße waren 2 Restaurants und der kleine Boot-Hafen von Poljana. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich dort auch.     “Reisezeitraum vom 15.07.2017 - 29.07.2017. 2 Familien mit 4 Erwachsen und 3 Kinder. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Sehr schönes Haus, gut gelegen, wirklich nur 1 Min. vom Strand entfernt und 2 Min. von Einkaufsmöglichkeit und von den Restaurants entfernt. Die Anlage war sauber und gut gepflegt der Pool war mehr als ausreichend. Unsere Kinder waren nicht die leisesten, wenn sie im Pool gespielt haben, es hat sich aber niemand beschwert. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.”
