Reside in this beautiful holiday home with Pool, almost right beside the pebble beach from which only the local road is separating you. The small and pleasant place Košljun is ideal for relaxation of mind and body. The plot is surrounded by stone walls, where Mediterranean plants such as rosemary, palm trees and oleanders are growing. Within the stone wall lamps are fitted and all furniture is handmade what give the whole a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. On the back of the building are the leisure room and the outdoor kitchen with movable bar. The property consists of three floors where on the top floor with minimum ceiling height of about 160 cm, is a romantic terrace with splendid panoramic view on the sea. The island of Pag is full of beautiful, lively and secluded coves where the tasting of the island specialties like the pager sheep cheese and delicious lamb meat is much recommended. At the popular beach Zrće, every summer renowned festival of electronic music are organized. From the city of Pag along the old salt works leads Roman road to Kosljun, which is known as the oldest road on the island. Since the 14th century Kosljun was the main Pag port for the export of salt and today serves only for tying boats and smaller vessels. The town is surrounded by pastures and dairies, which you can visit on foot or by bicycle, but it is also known for the quality of drinking water. Besides swimming and diving the Bay of Kosljun is ideal for windsurfing, fishing and other water sports. The island is known for its salt production in a natural way and exceptional connection with the mainland.

    “Das Haus selbst befindet sich in einem TOP Zustand.
    Erbaut im Jahr 2014 und renoviert im Jahr 2016.
    Die Gartenalange ist ebenso sehr schön gestalltet und der Pool Einzigartig mit diesem Ausblick.

    Was etwas störend war, da ab ~11:00 Uhr die Sonne auf die Terrasse scheint, wird es hier ziemlich warm. Abhilfe hätte evtl. ein Sonnensegel geschafft, was man ja noch nachrüsten könnte. Die Sonnenschirme waren für uns leider nicht ausreichend.

    Die 10m vom Hinterausgang ins Meer waren natürlich hervorragend.”
