    “Den Anreisetag trübte ein in Teilen unsauberes Haus. Nasse Handtücher im Bad, Fischgeruch im Whirlpoolraum, sandige Teppichböden, in den Schränken und Betten fanden wir Reste unserer Vormieter (schmutziges Laken, Tampon..). Wir haben die festgestellten Mängel bei novasol gemeldet. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass auch die Betten durchgelegen waren, so dass der Urlaub von täglichen Rückenschmerzen begleitet war.
    Alles in allem sehr schade, denn gerade der erste Eindruck eines Hauses entscheidet maßgeblich über TOP oder FLOP. In diesem Fall setzte sich Letzteres durch.
