Beautifully renovated holiday house for eight people in an idyllic location, with a terrace and a garden
The semi-detached house is very rurally situated in a quiet location amidst the hilly landscape of Ellezelles and is a practical starting point for visiting the surrounding places of interest. The owner also lives on site.
The semi-detached house of around 145m² renovated in 2014 is very modern, tastefully and practically furnished, and can accommodate eight people. It consists of an entrance area, two living rooms, two bedrooms, two kitchens, a bathroom, a shower corner and two separate toilets on two floors. The entrance area on the ground floor provides access to the first living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), a flatscreen TV on the wall, a dining room with a large dining table and a spacious open kitchen, fully-equipped with two ovens, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Next to the kitchen there is a shower corner with an Italian shower and guest WC. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a further bathroom with a bath and a separate WC. All the rooms are fitted with radiators and the house has central heating (pellets). Free wireless Internet access is available.
The house features a large balcony with garden furniture and a view of greenery on the first floor, as well as a terrace with garden furniture, deckcairs and a grill on the ground floor and a private garden, ideal for relaxing, surrounded by trees and fields. Cars can be parked opposite the house.
The owner can provide bicycles free of charge during your stay. The house is non-smoking.
The house is about 2km from the nearest locality with restaurants, cafes and shops. The nearest lake is about 15k away, the nearest swimming pool about 10km. Golf lovers can visit the course about 30km away, while tennis enthusiasts can swing their rackets about 5km away.
