Holiday House in Fažana with Private Pool

The house is on the edge of a residential area and is separated from the beach by the main road and a little pine forest.Two-storey, detached holiday house with its own garden and a swimming pool, shared terraces, some with balconies, BBQ hut, summer kitchen and a separate study.

The house is suitable for ten people (incl. children) and has a total of five separate bedrooms, four bathrooms each with a toilet and shower or bath, one kitchen, a big communal living and dining room, and a little study. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other with a sofa bed (160 x 200cm). There are also two bathrooms with a toilet. The ground floor also comprises a storage room and a washing machine, and a living and dining room with adjoining kitchen. The upper floor has the remaining three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) with an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC, while the other two have double beds measuring 180 x 200cm and 160 x 200cm. A cot for toddlers up to two years old is available free of charge. Two additional children’s beds can also be provided free of charge. The upper floor also has a big bathroom with a toilet and a study. All the rooms have air conditioning, which can also be used for heating, at no supplementary charge. The living and dining room and the bedrooms can be air-conditioned individually. Use of the wireless Internet connection is included in the rental price.

Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a balcony. The third bedroom upstairs does not have a balcony. On the ground floor you can access the shared terrace with seating and a gas grill. A BBQ hut with open fireplace and summer kitchen is accessible from the terrace and Pergola. A terrase is accessible from one of the bedrooms and from the living and dining room. The second bedroom on the ground floor does not have access outdoors. The Mediterranean garden has a swimming pool with deckchairs. The outdoor area is planted and fenced and is for the exclusive use of holiday guests. There are two parking spaces right on site and further parking spaces on an outdoor area right in front of the site.

In the house is also an infrared sauna (about 2 m²) made of natural wood. It has three seats and a temperature of up to 60 degrees. There is also a fitness machine (ergometer). Use of the sauna is included in the price. The owner can help to hire a boat mooring (for boats up to seven metres long and with a mast height of three metres) at the sports boat harbour at Valbandon, or to hire a motorboat. There is a fish gutting area in the garden with running water.

It is less than 100 metres to two restaurants and about 200 metres to a little supermarket with everyday necessities, with its own butcher, bakery, sausage and cheese counter, fruit and vegetables, drinks and toiletries. It is about 500 metres to the sea and the nearest family beach with rough pebbles. It is 2km to the romantic fishing village of Fazana, which has several bakeries, a butcher, a fish market and another supermarket. Pula, also about 10km away, has several big supermarkets, such as Lidl, Kaufland, Billa and Konzum. Quiet and lonely bathing areas under pine trees can be reached in a few minutes by bike or car. The hilly hinterland of Valbandon with its wineries and olive oil producers e.g. in Vodnjan invites you to go on tours of discovery away from the tourist crowds. In the picturesque fishing villages of Fazana or Rovinj there are excellent restaurants with a view of the sea and the sunset. The villages of Bale and Svetvicenat impress with historical walls and hidden castles.

    “Ideale Villa für Familie mit Kinder (wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Bei jedem Wetter zu gebrauchen. Idealer Standpunkt. Restaurant, Konsum und Bäcker leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Stand etwas weiter, kommt darauf an zu welchen Strand man will. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, auch die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Die Vermieter vor Ort sind sehr nett und bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Einzig die Lage ist nicht so optimal, das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße und gerade die vordere Terrasse sowie drei der Schlafzimmer gehen in diese Richtung.”
